Retreat spaces are often limited and often fill well in advance.
Because of this, once your booking is confirmed, all payments are non-refundable if your plans change.
We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. For this reason, we encourage you to ensure you have appropriate travel insurance in place at the time of booking.

A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your place.
Your booking is confirmed once this deposit has been received, and your space is then held especially for you.
In some cases alternative payment plans can be set up in order for you to be able to attend in times of hardship - please discuss with us directly
If the full balance is not received at least 30 days before the retreat start date, we may need to release your place without refund.
