If you’d like to spend less time worrying about things beyond your control and more time being present in your life I’m looking for a few people to join me to reignite the spark of joy that’s absolutely possible when we choose to live on purpose!
It’s for people who have done a course with me a while ago (or another Mindfulness Course like MBCT or MBSR) and would like to get back in the zone of clarity and calm.
We will refresh on all the key areas of now-ness (the word mindfulness has got a bit overused so I'm playfully dropping it for this version of the course).
With ‘The Spark’ the intention is to reignite our powerful presence, coming back to the essentials of what’s important – something I have to do to keep sane and grounded myself too and wanted to share, it will be lovely to have you there.
I’m just keeping this one a small group so we can dig deep and I can tailor the expereince to make sure you get what you want from it…

We are very excited for you to join us. During this 6 session course we will be discussing mindset, therapy tools and mindfulness principles, performing mindfulness exercises both physical & mental and practicing techniques. To get the full benefit from course participants agree to attempt suggested techniques as directed.
Should you have any serious concerns around your mental health please do check suitability for joining the course with your GP first.
