I was invited back to speak on the Main Stage of this years brilliant Mindful Living Show at London's Business Design Centre in March. It was fantastic to meet many lovely readers at the book signing that followed.
I was honoured to be invited onto The Reading Lists panel for 'Best Books in Mindfulness' alongside some of the World's leading mindfulness experts; Prof Mark Williams, Dr Patricia Collard, Neil Seligman and Bob Stahl.

I spent a great week extending my Mindfulness in Schools Teacher Training
by adding .b training to work with the 7-11 age group with the fantastic team at MiSP.
I fulfilled a lifetime ambition to train with the grandfather of the modern mindfulness movement Jon Kabat Zinn via the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. Jon was so generous with his time and care for us lucky
group of Teachers.
"I met a wonderful mindfulness teacher called Frances on Sugar Free Farm
and she gave me some great tips. Sometimes it's nice to zone out.
Every day I try to spend some time meditating."
I had an absolute blast filming with Avalon TV as Mindfulness Coach for ITV1's Sugar Free Farm.

A weeks residential training was followed by several essays and assignments. Recorded and critiqued and mentor assessed teaching of 2x 8 week programmes... a fantastic learning experience.
