This 6 week course is designed to give you the tools you need to bring mindful awareness to your life, de-stress and find some inner peace. Suitable for complete beginners and great for those wanting to refresh their mindfulness practice. I have trained many hundreds of people in Mindfulness for Wellbeing & seen some incredible transformations, if you commit to the programme you will see change.


Over 6 weeks you will learn: 


  • How to live Mindfully and thrive 
  • How to get more from everyday life
  • How to meditate 
  • What Mindfulness is & how to incorporate it into your life 


Course Requirements:


You don't need any previous meditation experience, just an open mind, a willingness to give it a go and a commitment to carrying out a daily meditation practice for the duration of the course. 


This is a secular course, there is nothing in particular to believe in and everyone is welcome to take part. 


This course is not suitable for anyone with schizophrenia. Should you have concerns around your mental health please do confirm your suitability for attendance with your GP prior to signing up.
